Although Karl Anderson never stood on the medal podium…..to be able to represent the USA in two Olympic Games is truly a feather in his cap…..and worthy of his place in history here at ImaSportsphile…. and to have legendary sportscaster Jim McKay behind the mike for his downhill run at the 1978 World Cup in Aspen, Colorado….puts him in “high cotton” in the world of alpine skiing in the USA.
