ABC’s Indy 500 roving reporter, Jack Arute, interviews the already Indy 500 legend, A. J. Foyt….who was the only driver to ever win four Indianapolis 500 races at the time of this interview….and until Al Unser Sr. would tie him in the 1987 Indy 500….when Al Sr. would win his 4th. Foyt’s day would not turn out as he had hoped in this interview…..as the great one would come into his pit area too fast…..and would spin out during the process….with the rear end of his car smashing into the pit row wall on his 135th lap.
