DOG ASIDE:
After the golden years of Heavyweight Boxing passed…..somewhere around the mid-to-late 1980’s….there were more than just a few pretenders to the crown of Heavyweight Champion….with some of those actually winning a WBC, WBA or IBC title…..and two of those heavyweights were James Broad and Tim Witherspoon….as both got multiple title shots….with Witherspoon winning one…..but they were still good fighters….capable of putting on a good show for the fight fans.
