Don Chevrier was a sports commentator of the highest regard…..who deserves his place in sports history….after having been the voice of the MLB Toronto Blue Jays from 1977 to 1997….plus he was the voice of the Canada Cup Hockey for the better part of that same time…..while also being the voice of the Olympics from 1972 through 2004….so, in this video….a legendary boxing analyst gets to interview a legendary boxer after a really good fight with ex-Marine Jim MacDonald….who had a creditable boxing career as a light heavyweight with 28 wins and 11 losses….while having fought some great fighters in Michael Moorer, Bobby Czyz and Michael Spinks.
I don’t know about our readers and viewers here at ImaSportsphile….but this lil ole chiweenie boxing fan just loves the interviews of the boxers….especially the champions…. and no one conducted a better postfight interview than Don Chevrier.
