CBS Sports provides a mighty impressive line-up of golf sportscasters at the 1986 Masters Tournament…..as Bob Murphy covers Hole # 10….while Steve Melnyk is at Hole # 11 and Hole # 12….while Ken Venturi is at Hole # 13…..with Gary McCord taking care of Hole # 14…..then comes Ben Wright at Hole # 14…..followed by Jim Nanze at # 16…..for Verne Lundquist is at # 17…..and last but surely not least comes Pat Summerall topping off Hole # 18…..as this crew is joined by Brent Musburger and Tom Weiskopf in the studio. When it comes to golf analyst and sportscasters….this group includes some verifiable legends….I mean Pat Summerall, Verne Lundquist, Jim Nanze, Ken Venturi and Gary McCord certainly were behind the mike of accrued broadcast time enough to qualify for legendary status…..with McCord, Jim Nantz and Bret Musburger still on air in 2019.
