Music – Rolling Stones – Beast of Burden & You’re So Respectable & Shattered

Bone Daddy started recording his 2300 hours of vintage sports, comedy, music, news, and tv specials when he bought his first satellite dish in 1978….as back in the day, the Scientific Atlanta 10m dish had to be registered as a Satellite Earth Station with the US Federal Communications Commission….with it Longitudinal and Latitudinal coordinates specific to the location where this “monster dish” sat at 504 E. 6th Street in Austin, Texas….and one of the 1st TV programs that Bone Daddy recorded almost every week was Saturday Night Live with the original Not Ready For Primetime Players cast of Dan Aykroyd, John Belushi, Jane Curtain, Gilda Radner, Garrett Morris, Laraine Neuman and Bill Murray…whom in this lil ole chiweenie Sportsphile’s opinion….was the most talented and funniest cast everr.

This video is from the 1st episode of the 1978 season of SNL….which was hosted by Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones….with The Stones being the musical guest also….where they performed three (3) of their all time greatest hits….Beast of Burden….You Are So Respectable….and Shattered.…for this was an epic SNL by having one of the best Rock N Roll music groups of all time perform as Hosts and Musical Guests….so, take a moment and relive a moment in television history.
