This 2nd half highlight video of the incredible contest that unfolded on the field at the 1971 AFC Divisional Playoff game between the Miami Dolphins and the Kansas City Chiefs…..in a contest that went into the 2nd OT….and was won by a Garo Yepremian for a 27 – 24 victory….is worth watching many times over…..for this was truly an awesome football contest…..when two really good football teams squared off in the longest playoff game in time played that had ever been played up to that point in time.
The game featured many Hall of Fame players including QB’s Lenny Dawson and Bob Greise…..with RB Larry Czonka….LB Nick Bouniconti, OL Jim Langer, OL Larry Little, WR Paul Warfield, WR Otis Taylor et al…..for this game was loaded with some really great players in NFL history….as the game proved to be one of the all-time greatest NFL playoff games.
