Mitch Gaylord was a member of the 1984 USA Olympic Gymnastics Team….resulting in the manifestation of an Olympic dream that he had been cultivating for many years….and as this video shows us…..he “done good”….when his chance to shine….came during the men’s individual rings competition in Los Angeles in ’84. Then we get to watch the men’s individual vault competition with CHN Lou Yun win gold with some incredible vaults…..followed by USA Jim Hartung performing well.
