DOG ASIDE:
Sports in 1982 brought us World Figure Skating Champions USA’s Scott Hamilton and Elaine Zayak…..in golf, Craid Stadler won The Masters…..with Tom Watson winning the US and British Opens and Ray Floyd the PGA Championship….and the NY Islanders dominated the Vancouver Canucks 4 – 0 to win the Stanley Cup….and Hammerin Hank Aaron setting the home run record at 755……with these and so much more accomplishments achieved in the world of sport in 1982.
