During the 1970’s and 1980’s was the height of the music albums and collections that were sold exclusively on television thru tv ads like this one for Bright Lights and Country Music….as some entrepreneurial spirit would get the rights to publish a collection of different favorite singer and their most popular songs….all on one album….as it was sold exclusively on television…..for these commercials were the precursor for infomercials.
