TV Ads – 1979 – Schlitz Malt Liquor + Craig Road Receivers + Sheftal Jewelers Of Austin + Precision Tune Auto Shops Austin

Malt liquor, in North America, is beer with high alcohol content…..as legally, it often includes any alcoholic beverage with 5% or more alcohol by volume made with malted barley. In common usage, it refers to beers containing a high alcohol content, generally above 6%….which are made with ingredients and processes resembling those for American-style lagers…..and the most popular of all malt liquors was The Bull from Schlitz….better known as the Schlitz Malt Liquor Bull….as seen in this video herewith.

Craig Road Receivers were an auto accessory products for better quality and next generation….which was a part of the auto audio sound evolution….I mean, in 2019….everything goes thru the smart phone… so that all a person really needs are some Bose quality speakers…..anyway, products like the Craig Road Receivers had a fairly short life.

In researching Sheftal Jewelers of Austin, TX…..the owner Dell Sheftal just recently passed away…..and the store that our Bone Daddy has shopped at on several occasions on Guadalupe Street in ATX, has just closed its doors…..”ain’t it funny how time slips away”    Precision Tune Auto Care shops are still alive and well in Austin, Tx…..which just proves that “some things just never change”

An interesting point comes to mind after posting these two Austin, TX business’ tv ads….is the reaffirms the truth that all things come to and end at the same time that some things seem to never change.
