It should not be confused with the almost identically named and defunct UK battery company, Ever Ready. Its headquarters are located in St. Louis, Missouri…..with the predecessor company that began in 1890 in New York….and was renamed in 1905. Today the company makes batteries in the United States and China….and has production facilities around the world.
