Bone Daddy’s University of Texas Track & Field Collection Pieces

DOG ASIDE:

Bone Daddy attended The University of Texas in Austin from 1965 through 1970….attaining a Bachelor’s Degree from dean George Kozmetsky’s College of Business Administration….as BD was a finance major in one of the top business schools…..not just in Texas, but across the country in the mid-to-late 1960’s.  George Kozmetsky was an American technology innovator, businessman, educator, author and philanthropist. He co-founded Teledyne, Inc….and was the dean of The University of Texas College of Business Administration (now theMcCombs School of Business) for 16 years. In 1977 Dr. Kozmetsky founded the ICsquared Institute….a think tank charged with researching the intersection of business, government and education. In 1993 he received the National Medal of TechnologhyAward from President Bill Clinton.

By this time in Bone Daddy’s life…he was blossoming into a real live Sportsphile….who went to lots of live sports events….and tried to keep some pieces of memorabilia…..cuz it worked.  Now, you gotta remember that BD was a student….predominately putting his way through school selling clothes on the Drag at UT. Today you get a look at his UT Track & Field collection.
